A recent Thrillist article named The Bancroft as one of the best steakhouses in America.  Out of the 31 steakhouses listed, The Bancroft was the only steakhouse in New England.

That’s no longer the case, and since opening in 2014, The Bancroft has drawn Hub residents out to Burlington instead of traffic flowing in the other direction. Maybe it has something to do with starters like a clam chowder appointed with house-made crackers and house-smoked bacon. The team at The Bancroft was thrilled to receive this distinction.
